We coordinate a time to meet with you at your home. During this meeting, we ask you to walk us through your vision. Once we have discussed the project, we will give you a preliminary estimate.

Now, we work closely with you to integrate your vision with product specifications, colors, textures, and almost everything necessary to realize your ideas. We will develop drawings to put your specifications into place to ensure the accuracy of our fixed price system. If your project requires permitting or engineering, we take care of that for you as well.

With the work of the design phase, we were able to gather the information needed to provide you with an accurate fixed price.

By now, you will have been invited to log in to your project information dashboard. We utilize a cloud-based platform called Builder Trend to accomplish this. Through this portal, you will have been exposed to a project schedule to create custom solutions for your experience. Also, we will upload project photos that will be interesting to review, and a host of other valuable information, which makes the communication quite smooth.
You have 24/7 access to this information. You will have been assigned a project manager at this point, who will be your main point of contact. At various steps in construction, we make the area safe for visitors and ask you to walk through with us.
During these visits, we will be referring to the specifications and their place in the project. If you decide you would like a revision, or change order, this is the time. We will walk through that revision with you and confirm before progress resumes.

Here is where our attention to detail will be focused on finishes, placements, colors, and numerous other aspects of finishing off any build. If yours is a permitted project, we will present you with your completed permit and subsequent Certificate of Occupancy.   

The Reveal!   You will be invited to come through the completed project with us.  This is a casual time and by now all punch list items have been attended to, your home is cleaned and ready for you.  We point out any special features that you asked for, give a rundown on appliances and any operational checklist items are reviewed at this time.  Celebrate and enjoy your new space!

We will be in touch with you from time to time, 30 days, six months, one year, to check on your build. We want to ensure that anything that requires adjustment is taken care of, and we want to know that you are enjoying your new space. We look forward to a great relationship with you that lasts for years.
